VIP Intensives

Sometimes you can’t see your own eyebrows despite your face. And mine can be transparent, hence why I hire a professional to tint them. And why you should hire an expert to help with your business.

Group programs and courses are great but usually, you don’t get direct access to the expert for individualized strategic direction for your unique business + goals. With a VIP Intensive, you get access to my expertise and business savvy to work on your specific projects.

These are your sessions so you bring to the table what you want to work on. Whether that’s mapping out your business plan, product development + launch, or marketing strategy. Bring it.

This package is a series of three 90-minute calls over 3 to 4 weeks. To get us started I will send you a Discovery Questionnaire so that I can do some stalking and come to our sessions with ideas + solutions. The first call will be you giving me all the deets on your current situation, vision, + goals. We will use the second call to discuss strategies that will work best for you and begin developing your plan of action. On the third call, we’ll go over your progress, finalize the action plan, and answer all your burning questions.

Each session is recorded, so you will have lifetime access to go back and re-listen to the insights. In addition, you will have access to my arsenal of tools, templates, and systems that are good solutions for your unique business. These are tools, I’ve developed over my 20-year career and use every day with private clients.

Fractional CEO/CMO

I know this is a business jargon term so let me explain. A Fractional CEO/CMO is someone that works in and on your business to help you create your strategy and then see it through implementation to sustainability. Essentially it is a retainer service. How this is structured depends on your goals. But regardless of how it is set up, it is high-touch, hands-on, get-in-the-weeds work.

Every business needs a finder, minder, and grinder. The finder is the business development/sales person that finds the work. The minder is the strategic thinker that keeps all the moving pieces working. And the grinder is the one who does the actual work. In my experience, it’s hard to be all three.

With this retainer, I’m your minder. I touch everything that encompasses the business from marketing strategy to systems to accounting. I work with the top line P+L (Profit and Loss Statement) which are revenue-generating activities like marketing and product development. And then the bottom line things, like finding efficiencies and cutting expenses without jeopardizing the quality of the product + brand.
