Our Team

Ronii is our self-proclaimed Chief Rockstar. She has a whole list of credentials like an MBA from The Citadel that will bore you to tears and she loves to go around telling people that she actually is one of the Most Influential Women in Business because the Charleston Regional Business Journal told her so. Obviously she lives in her own little world and really is a walking contradiction. She loves beer, college football (Let’s GOOO Mountaineers!), pizza, jeans, and designer high heels. You can find her out and about literally everywhere, so walk up and introduce yourself if you are ready to get an earful; she has never met a stranger.

Flip-flops, chapstick, red wine, and an untamed fascination with the modern consumer make up the core of her being. She believes food and music are the best solutions to any problem, and can edit, organize, or otherwise perfect anything you put in front of her. She prides herself on her New York work ethic, but lives for those sunny, laid-back Charleston afternoons. Lovingly nicknamed Coco by the B&A team, (we don’t really know why), she is the completely neurotic sanity that keeps the B&A cogs and gears in working condition.

Being a stay-at-home mom for over four years, Jenn Williams decided the time has come to do something a little more for her. Jenn graduated from college with the self-proclaimed Chief Rockstar of Bartles & Associates and now she has joined the team of roadies. Working in direct sales for the past six years has allowed her to keep up with her love of jewelry, shoes, purses, and fashion. One would say those are her weaknesses, but we think of them as her strengths because now we are the first to know when there is a sale. When she’s not running after her adorable little boys or rocking it out as the Account Ex at B&A she enjoys spending time with friends and indulging in a few cocktails (particularly lavender and champagne) now and again (she is going to fit in well here).

Bartleby is THE coolest elephant ever. He spends his days hanging (literally) around the office and taunting us to get stuff done. Bartleby is a first-hand branding expert and drives many of the B&A initiatives. He embodies the B&A mission and vision and never ever forgets anything (that’s a little annoying sometimes). Bartleby strives to stand out from the rest and wants our clients to work with the best. Also, he’s not that great at poetry.
