When you call someone to request a meeting and they don't answer (twice), don't TEXT them. Especially don't text them with the 3 times you can meet and ask what works best for them. Leave them a voicemail and they will probably call you back or email them saying you were trying to reach them to set something up. What if that number isn't a cell phone? Even if it is, the person you are trying to reach has to pay for those text messages.

Little Thing #9: Guess What? I Took A Day Off!

A WHOLE DAY! Ok, you caught me. I did return a few emails from my handy-dandy iPhone. But I can not stress the importance of taking a day off. Completely off. Just to not think about work or clients or bills. It will give you a renewed, fresh perspective when you go back to it the next day.
