Business Development Associate

We need more help! We are looking for a professional business development/sale/account executive associate that can generate and close leads. As you can see we are a branding and marketing firm looking to grow our business and to do so we need to add more biz dev help. While we specialize in branding and marketing strategies focused on consumer experience and marketing research and data analysis for small to mid-sized businesses, we look at business from a holistic perspective and create strategic plans that help businesses streamline and be more efficient. In a nutshell, we are the rock stars of marketing and branding consultants.

We are looking for a professional biz dev associate that can create relationships and produce results quickly. Someone that is a mix of analytical and creative that can brainstorm and generate ideas, work in a team environment as well as individually, take charge AND work independently with little direction and is willing to be flexible in work load. The position is for biz dev but project work my be required to meet client needs, meaning - a diverse skill set is needed to complete projects and generate new ones. Education is a plus but we probably have enough of that, so it's definitely not required and real life experience is more important. Must know how to turn on a computer and use the Google as well as basic editing programs installed on said computer like Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook. Versatility in PC and Mac is a plus as we are a Mac shop but out clients are generally PC based. Used car salesmen need not apply.

We are NOT a MLM looking for some sales and marketing people to create residual income, we are a for-real business looking for a for-real business development person. This position is all commission but a high commission rate and frequent reviews with extremely high potential for growth. Spring 2012 Internship

We are looking for a marketing/PR for Spring semester of 2012 to work with us on concept and marketing strategy and public relations. This internship will work on initiatives for clients as well as B&A (particularly PR) and can include creative concept generation to guide design of marketing materials and campaign planning and execution and lots of writing for reports, press and/or copy. We are looking for someone that can help B&A identifies PR opportunities as well as help with writing press releases. In turn, the intern will learn the ins and outs of the marketing industry. This experience will give great insight in brand development, marketing strategy and marketing research methodologies. We work with interns on taking their knowledge of marketing theory and turning it into practical applications based on client needs. This is an unpaid internship and will run from early January to the end of semester in May.
